Absolutely no complaints on my one night stay!

Did not take part in breakfast, but it smelled good. Slept in instead because the room was so quiet, and the bed was nice and comfy. This was a last minute reservation, so I was unfamiliar with the area. The location was easy to get to and convenient to major roadways. Staff was top notch and on point. Room and bathroom were spotless. I was quite pleased.

Only the ice/snow in the parking lot, but I am sure they contract out for that.

Functional overnight stay on route between cities.

The gentleman on reception was incredibly helpful. Room was large. Breakfast was ok. Free car parking directly outside the property was just what I was after.

Comfort Inn is a comfort place to stay.

The room is clean and quiet, very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was good too. There is a Sunoco Gas station close to the hotel.

The air-condition's filter needs to be cleaned; I cleaned by myself that night. The next morning after I ate breakfast back to room I smelled dust, then I found out the curtains was dark, needs to be cleaned too. I told the front desk, hope next time when I stay, it will be better. And the curtain needs to be repaired too.

Beds were uncomfortable, staff were not very friendly, and getting wake-up calls at 330am when you did not request any. The pool said was closed but looked very open to me???

One of the outlets in the room was falling out of place and tub was backing up. Room was musty as if the carpet had been wet and not allowed to dry.

The location was convenient, and the room was clean. I want to mention the front desk staff, Roman’s professionalism, and willingness to help me resolve a billing problem with my reservation. He is kind and knowledgeable. He is a five-star staff.

Everything is pretty worn down, very small tv. Be aware there is NO REFRIGERATOR OR MICROWAVE in the room. We didn't check the description because it seemed pretty obvious in a 150usd/night motel. Well, we were wrong. There is a place where the refrigerator was in the room, but it was removed.

Beds was small as if I was laying in a twin size bed. I picked this hotel thinking I would be able to swin, the pool was down. Door was damaged so all the light from the hallway was coming inside.

I like the breakfast. They had sausage, eggs, and yogurt… The rooms were clean, and I like that they don’t clean every day because I think housekeeping on a daily basis is unnecessary. They had just cleaned the carpets and that’s kind of a good feeling knowing the carpets underneath your feet are clean. Glad they had an elevator. Overall, the room was nice and it was quiet.

The person who checked us in was not overly informative, for example, didn’t tell us what the breakfast hours were. We had to ask where to park as well. After we checked in, I asked what the hours of the pool were, and he then told me that the pool was closed! So we had this beautiful pool that we could see through the glass, but we were not able to access it, which was largely a reason we chose this hotel. I think this information should’ve been shared prior. There were a couple things broken in the room for example, the bathroom drain and some kind of damage to the bottom of the door that let in some light. But we used towels to keep the light out at night.

Our room was never cleaned from previous occupant. Told to comeback to desk has to carry all our things back down . Then put back on third floor and carry things back up

Not What We Had Planned For!

We Booked This Hotel SPECIFICALLY For The Outdoor Pool!! To Our Dismay, The Pool Was Under Construction and No Notifications Were Sent Advising Us of This 😕. I am a Wounded Warrior and Was Especially Looking Forward to the Pain Relief Water Affords my Surgically Repaired Back.. We Absolutely Would have Stayed Elsewhere Had We Been Informed! The property was very centrally, located and easy to find.

The room didn’t have a refrigerator, the rooms exterior door was to short to secure the room properly and the lower shelves were very dusty next to the tv.
