Facilitate and Staff:were excellent Tawana, Syi and manager Bill. Not at all happy with Booking.com. I had a confirmation for 3 rooms But they only sent the hotel a confirmation for 2 rooms. We were not able to get in the 3rd room until later that day. Very inconvenient as we were there for a graduation.
Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds and excellent and helpful staff. I would recommend hotel to family and friends but don’t book thru Booking .com call hotel directly.
