Dartmouth House Inn

Very charming and welcoming place. The attention to details is amazing. The hosts are very nice and thoughtful.

The Dartmouth House Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The room was spotless and cozy along with the common areas. The bed was ultra comfy and breakfast was included too. Milena and Gary were fantastic, they made you feel right at home. We stood in the Honeye room on the 3rd floor. This room includes off street parking which is a plus in this neighborhood. Rochester has a unique parking rule where vehicles need to be moved to the otherside of the street after a certain time. That said, I do suggest booking one of the 3 rooms which include parking to avoid having to constantly move your vehicle. Parking is tight though. We had a half-ton truck and maneuverability was a challenge. Fortunately our parking spot was a straight run to the street.Spaces are assigned based on the room. If you plan to explore Rochester either on foot or by car, this place is in the perfect location. It's a beautiful neighborhood with restaurants, stores and bars all within walking distance. We enjoyed nightly strolls and the beauty of all the large historical homes. This place is a gem...you won't be disappointed!

Milenia and Gary were both wonderful. The breakfasts they prepared were very tasty. They were both very helpful in planning our days and recommending restaurants in the area.
