Could be better

I liked the location the hotel was at. Made it easy to travel to where we were doing our evening activities. The breakfast was decent.

The pool was said to be heated but it was freezing. Plus the morning there was trash all around the pool, there were clumps of hair in the pool. When asked about towels for the pool, meet with grumpiness. The interactions with the staff besides the guy that checked me in. Was meet with unhappy short responses.

Room seemed clean

Staff was unpleasant with the exception of one. The hotel smelled horrendously of Marijuana. The staff did nothing about kids and adults running up and down halls all night screaming, adults walking down the halls blaring music at 5am. Broke. Coffee pot. Was overall unhappy I wasted my money here

Decent but not great.

Michelle at the front desk was really nice, the pool was clean, the breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt, juice, and coffee/tea.....eggs weren't the best but everything else was good.

We got checked into a room that someone else was already in. Then the person tried coming into the room it was kind of a disaster. The blankets were very thin, definitely wouldn't keep you warm in the winter. Also the coffee maker in our room was broken and we never got another one.

Old Shower head was on sink counter/ it must have been changed out(?) asked for extra towel- had 3 adults but only 2 towels in room. Asked for bedding for pullout couch - never got. Zero leg room to get in bed as radiator was in way, Bathroom was dirty/ hairs in tub and floor, pullout couch had no bedding. None in closet .

Room was clean and beds super comfy!

Front desk staff had NO idea what the travel time was to a concert venue. No idea of local taxi companies. No conversation when entering the hotel just meh. The girl doing breakfast was on her phone the whole time and didnt even look up when we asked about coffee. Just said we dont have any. Room was good but the staff... not so much.

It was... Okay, not sure if I would book again

Walking into the lobby the hotel looked fairly clean. The breakfast had a variety of options which was nice. The room was spacious and fit our group fine. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding looked clean, other than the dirty bed skirts and the speckles of food on the headboard.

Okay, I don't know if the front desk lady had a long day or not and was just ready to go ( I arrived later in the evening) but she wasn't the friendliest, but also not rude either just kind of short and not very welcoming. After dropping our bags and changing, to go for a quick swim before the pool closed we didn't quite examine the room until after retuening. What we noticed was that there was hair all over the bathroom floor, the refrigerator was dirty, and there was something on the bed skirts either ketchup or some type of other food, not too sure. We also found a pair of someone else's undergarments in one of the drawers, which we did to report to front desk and she did offer to move us rooms but we had two children with us and it was already later in the evening and we were only there for one night and had already been driving for hours , so we just decided to settle and stay in the room. Now, while checking out the pool area we noticed hair all over, pool was very cold and cloudy looking. Right off of the pool area was the gym, which had one window with no screen, and it was WIDE OPEN, making it possible for someone who may not be a guest to climb through the window and enter to other areas of the hotel not visible to front desk.

The breakfast was dry and wasn't refilled both days. The bads were very hard, and the room smelled smoked in. Everytime we went to the lobby, it reeked of Marijuana. I had to leave a day early and was never refunded my last nights stay. I've had no luck getting intouch with anyone who can deal with this. Multiple emails and messages have been left.

Horrible, Would not recommend.

When checking in, we were given a room that was horrendous. There was pee stains in the bathroom, boogers on the walls, white powdery substances on the door, and c*m stains all over the bedding. Immediately went to the front desk where I waited 15 minutes for service. She told me I would need to check out a different room to stay in. She said that booking would give me a 50% refund. To which they did not. The 2nd room was better than the first room but still not great. Kids went to the pool that was dirty and had not been treated in some time. There was poop smeared in the bathroom on the walls. When telling the front desk she shrugged it off. The next morning, the breakfast was missing creamer for coffee, milk for cereal, and no syrups for pancakes. Overall, staff experience was horrendous. They simply did not care. The hotel cleanliness was disgusting. Booking needs to verify these hotels before offering rooms.

The rooms were outdated. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. There were stains on the curtains pillowcases and towels. There were cigarette burns on the couch. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes despite being a Non Smoking room. The breakfast was almost existent no fruit no condiments for toast except butter and food ran out very early.

The room was disgusting. Stained and filthy carpet, puke on the side of the bed, brown liquid sprayed all over the walls,the tub was black with filth, holes in the walls, surfaces sticky and not wiped down, and closet door was off the hinges. Front desk clerk was RUDE and unapologetic for the state of the room. We left after five minutes and went to a different hotel.

The heater in the room did not work and me and my family woke up with cold noses and then someone tried busting into my truck at around 4 am. The car next to us parked had the windows busted out. I’ve stayed here before but this time I felt unsafe and like the place was run down! The gentleman at the front counter was great otherwise.

Disgusting and theft

Breakfast was basically non existent

We didn’t get the room we asked for and paid for we got a smaller room. It was dirty and they wouldn’t change the sheets. They wouldn’t answer the phone at the front desk. There was a giant bug in the bathroom. They charged me for two days separately and then my debt card was charged for other things because they stole my debt card number.

Crappy Service All Around!

Absolutely Nothing

We went for our 1 & 3 year old to swim. Their pool is closed for renovations (apparently it has been closed for months now) The lady at the front desk had NO IDEA what she was doing. And now the hotel and booking refuse to refund our money even though we did NOT end up staying! (We never even got a room key and had to go to a different hotel!)
