I like the rooms and they have good people

No elevator!

About the only thing that was good was the Price.

The counter staff was very unfriendly and would not let me pay for my reservation. The place looked like a dump even after they supposedly just remodeled. Would not recommend.

there honestly isn't anything to write home about this space. the bed was clean, and there were no bugs.

there were many broken and generally terrible design malfunctions in the rooms and the front desk. the environment was also miserable. cleanliness was not of importance, and it's clear there isn't enough staff. detailed review: Upon arriving, a fight had occurred in/outside the hotel between, presumably, a couple. The woman was bleeding and hit, and the man left. The front desk watched and stayed on the phone until we finally went to the desk, but he was roaming around watching the commotion so much that i thought he was just another guest. The entrance was dirty, there were coffee stains all over the front desk, and the floors were ruined. Being white tile, it's obvious to notice the neglect. We had two rooms, and the one I stayed in was okay. The other room was horrible; the bathroom tile on the floor was leftovers from the entry room, and the actual tile that was in the other room. The towel hooks were broken and missing, the door had to be wiggled shut, and the ac unit doesn't fit properly into the wall. The other ac unit looked so broken we were scared to touch it, and ended up using no heat on a below-freezing night. The cleanliness of the two rooms wasnt terrible itself, but the sheets in the bad room did have some light staining from cigarettes/ashes of some sorts. Not as much of a bother to me as the actual room and environment itself. If you can spend the extra $10-20 to get a better hotel, you should. The price was great, but I would never do that to myself again. Give yourself some grace and sleep in something decent.

Parking, nice clean rooms, & coffee and Breakfast.

A little outdated.

The Staff is great. The beds are comfortable. There's a mini fridge and microwave. It's in a great location minutes from Covington and Cincinatti. It's a little rough around the edges, (My ex-wife would never stay there) but it's a great value. It's my 3rd stay there and will stay again.

The location of it was probably the only thing I liked about it.

I didn't know there was going to be a 100 dollar safety deposit until I got there. Wanted non smoking, got a room with the smoke detector taken out and burn holes everywhere. Smears all over everything like someone used a dirty rag to clean the room. Cracks in the tiles and half the plugs didn't work. No coffee maker in the room. I don't understand what they needed a 100 dollar safety deposit for. I had a better and cheaper stay at the super 8 motel. The stairs and hallway were disgusting. I will not be staying here again.

No elevators! U had to walk up stairs with ur luggage. The room was outdated. Mattress was hard like bricks. Overall I will not be staying here again.

The cost

I found a hypodermic needle behind the headboard of my bed on my second night. I told the staff they came and removed it but didn't offer change my room because I felt uncomfortable when I told them the following morning asking how we could resolve that situation they said why didn't you tell me last night and you've been here since Friday why didn't you say anything then. So the staff was very rude and I would like a refund because finding a hypodermic needle jammed in the back of a headboard and them not get finding it before a new customer is in the room is absolutely uncalled for

The bedding smelled bad and was stained, cigarette burns on comforter, bugs in the bed, the bathroom was disgusting even the shower was bad, floors hadn’t been swept, cigarette ashes on the floor. Rude customer service. Tables were covered in dust and stains only one outlet and lamp worked. -10/10

I love rhe owner and her family. They were extremely nice.

I didn't like the comforter in bed was a little stained and this time the pool was dirty.

The lobby is beautiful, the room was clean. Definitely needs work but I believe it's going to get better.

I think this facility is under renovation and will be beautiful when completed. The rooms are old, beatup and need updating badly. There were no USB ports, coffee or even drinking glasses.

The towels were soft

The room had a horrible horrible smell the spreads on the bed was hard and thin went to get ice the area it was in was very nasty walked up the stairs it was a trash bag sitting in corner with baby diapers etc

They had roaches and other bugs. The tub water float out slow. The breakfast is a joke.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Carpet looked new.

Not sure if the hotel is under renovations. It needs a lot up work and refreshing.

The location

They gave me the wrong room. They then assigned some other guest to our room and they walked in our room. I asked if I could get a blanket and a sheet for the pull out couch I was given one blanket and was told there was no sheets for the pull out couch. I asked if I could get something to put over the mattress which is wrapped in plastic. I was told no the one blanket he gave me was all I could get. I would definitely look for other places to stay. This place is horrible. The electrical in the room I’m staying in is shorting out.

The price (hotels are getting so expensive these days). The location, close to the interstate and a couple of good restaurants. The refund I received for not staying all 3 days.

The hotel had an odd odor. The room had a couple of items detached from the wall: hair dryer and toilet paper holder. The bed sheet had a body stain on it; I'm glad I had another bed option. The AC cut off in the middle of the night. I had to get out of bed and turn it on again in the middle of the night. The breakfast only had bread items, no protein and no fruit. I asked for a wake-up call and never received it' glad I had my phone alarm as a backup.

Where it’s located and that’s literally it!

It’s run down and should be condemned! If I gave you a list of what’s right with the place it’d be a lot shorter list! I won’t stay here ever again unfortunately. Also held a $100 deposit on the room. The rest of the hotels I’ve stayed in on my week long trip none of them did this, and the rest were upscale hotels. Unlike this run down place. Asked for two towels and could only get one because it was Memorial Day weekend. This stay was overpriced, and they should’ve paid me to stay there!😬

How easy it was to check in

Room was dirty. There was a burnt smell in room, outlet hanging from wall. Dirty wash rag hanging on shower rod inside shower. A oral toothbrush pick inside shower behind curtain. Candy stuck to carpet under sink. Bath mat was also dirty.

Adequate

There could have been a little protein at breakfast bar and I was required to use steps to get to room. I found steps pretty tiring at my age of 80. I was not told if there was an elevator to 3rd floor.

The price was higher that I expected. Especially considering it wasn't a summer stay therefore the pool wasn't open. The room had a flashing light from smoke detector which makes it. Kind of hard to sleep unless you face the wall
