Staff what is excellent and very helpful

Really no complaints other than it was a smoke free room and when I went into the bathroom, I could smell that someone had smoked in there. The room smelt a little bit that way also but once it seems to get into a room, I know it’s hard to get out.

The air was cold (but kicked on every 3 minutes very loudly)

Paid for a non smoking room. At check in, I was asked if smoking was okay, to which I replied no. The room smelled of cigarettes as soon as I walked in, but was in a hurry to go to a wedding. We have now been back in the room for a few hours and the cigarette smell is so bad that I cannot stop sneezing and cannot sleep now. The walls have a yellow nicotine grossness, the floor is sticky, the toilet barely flushes (waste does not, only water), and the bed is barely clean (check under the fitted sheet). Very disappointed. I didn’t expect anything fancy but why put me in smoking when I explicitly stated no?

Very clean. It’s very close to anything you might need during your stay.

They should have their TV service and channel guide updated. And there are no local/regional stations available.

Seemed old. The Linoleum flooring in the room was strange. And we saw small German cockroaches in the bathroom. TV didn’t work properly.

Room was clean and staff was super friendly. A lot of older hotels or cheaper hotels you expect it to smell like smoke or etc…we didn’t have that issue. Was clean and smelled fresh. Didn’t hear any other guest throughout the stay and overall was an awesome stay for the amount they charge.

The blankets. Sheets were nice but I would bring my own blanket next time

Located in a quiet neighborhood, nice pool.

Current road construction (which looks like it might take a while to complete) made it tricky to get to. The main exit off the Interstate is currently closed.

Clean room & bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast was a little basic. The waffle was all right.

It was a comfortable stay, and much more cost effective than staying within Cincinnati, but only 15-20 minutes away.

Hotel is a bit difficult to access, not so much difficult but rather off of a service road just next to Interstate, which takes multiple turns and roads to access property, although being just adjacent to Interstate. Not a problem, just bit cumbersom to traverse.

Pool area is very dirty people eating while floating on the water, cigarette butts on the tables in pool area it's , room was not clean there was food on the floor and the mirrors were extremely dirty with streaks and such. Bathroom door wouldn't shut and the water faucet in the shower came out of the wall Everytime you turned it on.

Not a bad price overall. Had WiFi and free parking.

Room wasn’t the cleanest and they sent me a message saying I hadn’t checked when I did early and turned my key in. When I called to make sure I wasn’t going to be charged a late fee, it was difficult to hear the person on the other line.

The area, overall environment, and staff were bad. It didn’t seem to be safe that much. Some guests were questionable! The staff was not friendly. It was not clean. Didn't like a thing about it!

Very very dirty… yes I did get a smoking room but the blanket had over 20 holes in it. I call the front desk to speak to the manager and he said yes cause it’s a smoking room . The toilet wasn’t clean around the base part was visibly yellow and brown like no one ever wiped the toilet down correctly.. there was a red soda top on the floor soon as you walk in at the base of the bed… and the couch chair that was in there was so old and had a very unwelcoming smell I definitely wouldn’t sit on it..if it wasn’t so urgent and close and I hadn’t paid online first I would have definitely got a refund if it would have went right back to my card

Decent location for the price if you're doing anything in the Cincinnati area. Appreciated the fridge and microwave, even a coffee maker!. Bed was fairly comfortable.

Property is located right next to freeway. Very noisy especially if you have a room facing the freeway. Big rigs using their "Jake Brakes" to exit the freeway woke me up a couple of times during the night. Furniture is outdated and partially broken. Corner floor lamp had broken switch. Only one ice maker on premises. Pool ( not that I would have used it) was empty.

The location was good for what we came to see. The beds were very comfortable. The staff we encountered were extremely personable and made us feel welcome. The breakfast options was perfect to start the day.

It was very close to the interstate and very noisy. I would recommend requesting a room in the back not facing the Highway. There was a light by the sink that was motion sensor and VERY annoying. Would turn on even with motion from across the room. The rooms could use a makeover.

The first room we were in had bed bugs it was a smoking room that I accidentally booked! Holes in the blankets, Judy dirty & unpleasant. However, the non smoking room they switched us to was a lot nicer and a lot cleaner with no bugs.

Rooms open to the outside. Was able to park right in front of the room. Spacious bathroom. Comfy bed and pillows. Toilet wanted to stop up.

Very unclean. Stains on sheets, crumbs on floor, crumbs in dresser drawers, sick hanging on lamp, no shampoo or soap. I had to ask for it.

The price was the cheapest but much cheaper on other sites booking.com was actually higher cost than getting its from any other sites.

Says American breakfast that's a joke there was 2 cereals and watered down milk nothing else I was the 1st person there at 6am I wouldn't have stayed there if I knew that was the breakfast, smoking rooms come with burnt holes and bugs and the heater/ac dust you breath in is hilariously deathly 5 mins in it I requested a normal room which was better still woke up with alot of bites on my back as well as my wife and 3 kids, very very ghetto location hookers and blacks felt like I was foing to be robbed or killed we left as soon as we woke I'll never ever book a super 8 ever again I'd rather catch covid then stay at a super 8! Honest opinion
