Quality Inn North Vernon

The staff was very accommodating and nice when we checked in. The room was convenient to get to. There was no elevator and we were on the second floor. I’m not sure if that was a condition of maintenance or what but it really wasn’t too big of an issue as we were traveling light.

It was nice to have complementary breakfast. The two things I usually look for or personal, but I was looking for banana and peanut butter to go with my bagel. The only fruit that was out was one apple there was also no salt and pepper available and no staff was present or visible in the morning to ask. This wasn’t such a big deal. It’s just personal. The bathroom is tiny and not very accommodating. I understand this is a quality hotel so this is just me nitpicking. The towels are really subpar if you think about it. They are small and very thin. If there was one thing I would do to upgrade the experience it would need to get better towels. It’s a big deal when you’re out of town and having a towel to dry off with after a shower, that is non-absorbent and very thin is a big no no.

Automatic doors to get in easier

We loved that the Quality Inn was not in a high traffic area it was so quiet. We were three minutes to The Willow Venue my spouse and I were attending a wedding there. The young lady that checked us in at the motel was very welcoming and knew her job well! The room was very clean and was on the first floor it was fantastic my husband and I are seniors! Loved the parking surrounding area was very nice we felt extremely safe staying at the motel. There was a gas station, McDonalds, Dollar Tree just to name a few businesses we happen to see on our way to the motel. It’s a nice country type atmosphere! When we return to visit my niece and her husband we will definitely stay at Quality Inn again!
