1st off they switched my room without cause, then it went from 2 beds to 1, there’s cockroaches, burn holes in the blankets, several holes in wall, floor extremely dirty (hadn’t even been swept), bed was made poorly and missing pillows.

When we booked in and got our room key, the room had not been cleaned up whatsoever and we ended up having to do all of it ourselves. The housekeeper lady was very nice and respectful though.
