Staff was friendly and efficient. Building looked like it was being renovated slowly, as money permitted.
Rooms were comfortable and clean, but hallways not renovated, dirty and smelly.
Seemed like there were many weekly renters, always present outside seated on the curb to enjoy the nice weather along with 2 broken bicycles and cars. This is the first thing guests are greeted with when arriving. Although we did not have any negative experiences, some guests may perceive this situation as unsafe for their families.
