The room was fine, but apparently i couldnt get a room with both a king bed and a bathtub. I booked a king, got a double queen in order to get a tub. Also, booked here thinking there was a hot tub akd there was not.

The breakfast was great. My only thing that I think would help many people if once you do your next remodel you would put in toilets that aren’t so low. It’s very difficult for older people with back and joint issues to get up and down from one that is meant for children.

It was great. The room was spacious. The beds were low enough to set on and not have your feet a foot from the floor. The tub wall was low enough to step over and feel safe. The staff was very attentive. Recommendations for dinner and they had several. Breakfast - was hoping for just scrambled eggs, however the egg and cheese were ok. They had quite a few in the serving area and they were starting to dry a little. Still good. It was a great stay.

Only one bath towel in the room. When we asked for another, we were told that they were in the dryer. Later told that other rooms were “hoarding” towels. Manager stated he was too busy to bring us a towel from the pool area.

I like this place, but they didn't help when I left behind some nice clothes. I knew exactly where they were and told them. They said they would look and call me back. They never called. I returned to the hotel a few days later, and they didn't know anything about it. They said they would check again and call me. They never called. Again. From now on I'll be staying at the Fairfield next door.

We arrived and checked in, we didn’t receive our free water as Hilton honors members. When we got to our room our bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. It had hair in the bathtub, scum rim around the tub. When I attempted to call the front desk, no one answered the phone so I walked down. The elevator service was extremely slow so I used the stairs after a 5 min wait, the staff stated they would reduce my charge to 165.00 for the night and offered me cleaning wipes. I had cleaning wipes in my own bag so I refused theirs. My card was still charged the full price as no one was at the front desk when I left this morning and didn’t have time to wait after I had already waited on the elevator again.

They didn't have our information from our booking through travelocity, so had to create a new one, luckily they had a room for us. That took extra time, showing proof of our hotel confirmation, price, etc.. I requested a quiet location, lol, so they did give us a room away from elevator. But we ended up next to a very loud talkers next to us. Must have just come back from the bar, started at 2 am and woke us up and kept us up. All in all not a great stay.

Fire alarm in our room kept going off for atleast 30 minturr in the middle of the night . Staff admitted to not knowing what to do since there was no manager on staff. Never once did staff come to our room to verify there was no issue not did they check with us after the fire department did their walk through. And was told they had zero other rooms available.

We were there for one night to attend a memorial service. Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly. Every part of the building we were in was clean. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of food to choose from.

Toilet wouldn’t flush at all and the heater in the room didn’t work. The room was freezing all night! Very uncomfortable!
