The room had a sitting area and it looked renovated too.
There was no daily cleaning, we needed more towels each morning, this should have been given automatically. The pool was not up and running but we were told each day it would be under maintenance so it would be available the next day. It was never fixed neither did we see any maintenance person working on it. The breakfast was all very processed food.

Had a minor (very minor) issue with our room and the staff were able to rectify this immediately!
There were so many pets on our floor that it sounded like we were staying at a kennel. Meowing and whimpering dogs thruout the night 😩

Location and pricing.
Floors in room were dirty and we had an issue with the toilet when we arrived.

Convenient location from everything
Our room the window was missing. The blackout curtains so there were only the sheer white see through curtains no way to cover the window and our room was in front of the building parking lot. The tub was not draining properly so we had to wait 5-10 for the tub to drain between showers.
