Location is good, housekeeping was friendly.

Refrigerator was barely functioning

The room was completely different than what was was posted, and there was pubic hair on the bed and black mold in the bathroom I immediately after seeing the room left and had to rebook a new hotel

A little noisy during later evening. But of course, it was Friday night.

This motel was in a great location, close to freeway entrances and all the events I had planned. The breakfast had a nice variety of fresh fruit, breads and yogurt. The staff was always available, even late in the evening. I was traveling alone and I felt reasonably safe. The room had hard floors so I didn't have to question whose germs and filth I was walking on. This location had an elevator! It was slow but it worked and was a nice bonus.

The bed was very firm and one side of the mattress was broken. The seal around the door was damaged and a lot of light came in. The tub faucet handle could spin both directions which made turning off the water a fun challenge every morning. The bottom sheet on the bed only barely covered the bed, so it pulled up during the night. The towels were really small.

Close to a lot of things and seemed like a quiet neighborhood and breakfast was good

Didn’t seem clean the shower had hair in it and the sink. Bed wasn’t comfortable I can feel the metal wire on back. Also remote doesn’t work.

Staff was absent from most of my visit. Had to wait an hour the night I arrived to check in due to nobody at desk. The person in front of me waited two hours. Staff was absent in morning too for check out. Breakfast ran out of most food when I was leaving at 8am.

First of all upon arrival to check in I was told that there was no water they have a problem with the water hot water and cold water and that was about 4:00 PM then later on there was some mostly hot water was coming out for like a few hours then the next day Which is Sunday it was no water for a few hours and I was told that there will be water at 7:00 PM and that took a while and I needed to take a bath and that’s mean it was like no water for like a bath maybe five or six hours I also spoke with other tenants and that hotel and they told me they had no water briefly previously Like three days prior to my arrival at that location also the microwave was not working right on Sunday the second day there was no cleaning up of my room and you know of room service also with the bed was very very damaged bed the side of the right side of the bed was like collapsing And that was it when I talk to the manager he said he couldn’t nothing he could’ve done about that and he is sorry!!

The water problem the utilities and prior to staying in there in room to 12 the phone was not working for weeks and I was told that by the manager and also they don’t have a proper cleaning of the floor I always clean the floor mop the floor myself because it looks very dirty!

I had read some discouraging reviews before our stay in February 2025, but we were delighted with the property and the staff. Amit couldn't have been nicer. They had just begun breakfast service again after a long break following Covid, and we enjoyed the fresh fruit, juice, toast, and grab and go items. Our room was well-furnished with microwave and 'fridge. The bed was comfortable and clean. We have booked a room here for April, as well.

We stayed just one night and found nothing to complain about.

The location is super as close to all resorts that we needed. Close to the freeway and shops. Staff were exceptional.

2 out of 4 lights don't work. Not a major issue but could be brighter. Draft from door, ill fitting of door doesn't sit properly

Need Fridge in room

It’s very close to our family activities. Peaceful, privacy, and the manager was very helpful. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor and there’s an elevator for our convenience.

The air conditioning unit was leaking (at least outside of our room). It was also a little loud when it’s running. There were also so plumbing noises at night, like someone was hitting the roof/ceiling with a tube.

We came in to visit friends for a party from San Diego and didn't want to have to drive back home afterwards. We looked at the four hotels that were closest to the house and this looked online to be the best one but I was unsure. When we arrived everthing was neat and tidy. The place was clean and service was prompt and professional. I think they must have update the rooms recently because they were very nice and clean. It even came with a refrigerator and microwave. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I cannot think of anything negative to say. It was a really good place to stay and we felt safe. The parking lot is well lit, the property inside and outside is really clean. Maybe it would be nice if there was an elevator on both ends of the property? But if you need an elevator and your on the higher numbered floors just remember the elevator is on the lobby side.

I did not have breakfast they did not mention it plus the office was small and I couldn’t tell if there was room for breakfast.

Bed not comfortable at all….. The sheets sucked pillows horrible not comfortable outdated pillows and old…

Nicely constructed room..nice tile in bath, toilet, sink. Paneled door, crown molding.

Lighting weird...no bedside lamps..can lights over bed & not identifed as to where switch was or on dimmer. Website said breakfast included, part of my decision making to book here, but NO BREAKFAST OR EVEN MORNING COFFEE! No compensation offered other than where a gas station was to get coffee..oh yum!! Room not worth $100 charge.

Availability and no loitering or loud people

Second floor rooms need help. First floor rooms are very nice but floors too slippery so we always bring our own rugs
