    Came to visit family so booked a one night stay here. The views are beautiful. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was really good. Not just your regular muffins and bagels. The hotel is a little bit dated but besides that it's in a great location. It's quiet and safe with plenty of free parking.

    I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel, starting immediately upon arrival. The woman at the front desk was sullen and curt, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. The check-in process was an absolute nightmare due to their rigid and outdated payment policies. They required a $200 deposit for incidentals but insisted on a physical credit card. Despite my efforts to provide alternatives, they refused to accept cash for the deposit and would not accept Apple Pay or any form of tap-to-pay. I even tried showing a photo of my card in my Apple Wallet that clearly displayed my card information including my name, but they rejected that as well. Ultimately, because I didn't have a physical card on hand, they would not let me check into the hotel. I ended up paying for a room that I was not able to use with no chance of getting any of the money refunded. I was forced to book a room at a different hotel. Between the hostile attitude of the staff and the prehistoric payment requirements, I cannot recommend this place.
