The room was great. The bed was good. The pillows were way too fat for me so I couldn't sleep with their pillows. The mini fridge was not cold enough and there was no freezer part so that was frustrating. The pool and hot tub had no heat so I didn't use them though I booked this stay specifically to use them. The front automatic door was inoperable and I had to assist an elderly man in walking into the building while the front desk person just stood there. I would stay here again but I sure hope these things are addressed soon!

Hot tub was closed, was told it would be fixed the next day and it was closed our entire stay. Pool was open but zero heat, disappointing when hotel was booked due to the pool to relax after a long day at a sports tournament

We stay here once a year on our way to our family vacation. Easy to get to, lots of food options around. Our biggest plus is the closeness to Walmart, as we are headed on a camping trip. Quick check in, nice staff and a good breakfast.
This time they changed check out to 11am, but the door said noon. They said they were fixing that. So, we did need to pack up quick.
