Comfort, ease of check in, convenience, breakfast, my wife loved the biscuits and gravy.
There were no issues, we would have enjoyed a hot tub.

We love the renovated/new facilities. We keep choosing this hotel in Tri-Cities.
I would like to see pool hours till 11pm or starting earlier. (Some properties do have 24hr I love it.) Pleeease! We've been here 3 or 4 times. We love the pool, the last 2 times we've gotten in at like 930pm and no time to use the pool.
Some properties even have pool room "quiet time" adults only after 10 never. Can you tell I use the pool at every hotel we stay at?!

I’ve stayed here many times and wish the breakfast offered bacon and hand downs or potatoes of some sort.
Pool a bit cooler than I like.

Location
Noisy when full, layout, the room wasn’t furnished right, the gap under the door was large so you could hear everything, the toilet paper roll was right where you stand to wash your hands it was just a poor room design and obviously still under construction
