The staff was very nice! The complimentary coffee and tea options were good. The lighting in the room was nice.
The breakfast options were not great. There was only super sugary yogurt options, instead of having a few Greek yogurts like other Hilton locations have. I ate the oatmeal instead, and it was not well made. It was surprising, because I don't think I've had oatmeal that's been watery but also undercooked before. And it would have been nice to have just scrambled eggs as an option, instead of omelets; since I didn't like what was mixed in them.

Breakfast good!
Walkin Shower was great with hand bar but better if hand bar horizontal less chance for hand yo slip. The shower was quite rooming with plenty of room to move around. Curtains with heavy dark coverage help you sleep much better without life showing for the parking lot. Nice to have the refrigerators.
You need to put more lamps in the rooms. It’s very JIM with just the lamps by the bed. Having a lamp by the desk areas so you can see what you’re doing would be very helpful and give you more lighting. Instead of having two refrigeration sections it’d be helpful to have more storage space to put some of your clothing. The hot tub was out of order. It would be nice. I’ve been able to use it.

Clean, industrial sized washer and dryer, pool and hot tub but hot tub was out of order. Shuttle to airport, super nice staff

It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good.
Adverted ‘free WiFi’ but you had to be a member of Hilton group, too complicated. Booked the hotel because of shuttle service. Arrived at airport at 11.50pm. Rang hotel to be told 20 mins wait. Rang again after 35 mins. Told shuttle bus on way. Had to eventually get a taxi. Very disappointing. Tired and angry when I eventually got to the hotel.
