Disappointing. I picked this hotel for two main reasons, easy walking distance to places I wanted to visit, and the free airport shuttle bus. The location itself was great, but the hotel has left me frustrated. First the shuttle bus - no where does it say the shuttle bus only runs during limited hours. So even though I called the front desk as advised on the website, their response was you'll need to take a taxi. So I ended up having to $45 to get a taxi from the airport. If your flight arrives after 10pm you're on your own. While I appreciate that they might not want to offer the service overnight, they need to say that on the website at the very least so I can make an informed decision. One of the most important things is a comfortable room. The AC couldn't keep up. The room just kept getting hotter and hotter. This is totally unacceptable in 2026. I meant I didn't sleep well at all, and kept over heating. I also wonder how cleaned the room is, when weirdly two glasses were provided and one was full of water like somoene had been drinking it...

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to this hotel. David on the front desk was super friendly, Beth and Gun in the restaurant were extremely efficient. I had an amazing time in the hotel and would definitely recommend

We came in late at night exhausted just wanted a clean room to sleep in- toilet stopped working didn’t look like it was vacuumed. Elevator takes forever and when the bathroom stopped working, they did nothing about it. I expected more customer Service for the price of the hotel.

Entrance in front desk is beautiful. That was the end of the positive. The room was small but clean, except for the bathroom whichwas disgusting with mold all in the shower and floor was falling apart. The bed was rock hard. The coffee maker was not plugged in when we went to use it when looking for a plug found old food dried on the floor and notice not one three prong plug available near a counter for the coffee maker.🤔 If we had to stay more than a night would have asked for different room.
