Some major pros: washers and dryers available to do wash on your own time. And I think it’s only 3 dollar.
- staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and also very accommodating.
- I have two service dogs with me, and instead of being questioned and bombarded illegally (as as companies are only legally permitted to ask two questions by the ADA, which are are these dog service dogs and cast thief dogs perform for you?) to provide documentation proving they are service dogs. This was such a relief because I’ve been staying at a lot of hotels in Miami and some of them demand some kind of certification of the fact that they are service dogs even though that doesn’t really exist at all there is no state regulated or locally regulated or federally regulated certification for service dogs and again any kind of company asked for that it’s technically illegal but it’s not like it’s something that’s like administered by the state or federal government. There’s nothing like that.) so anyway it was just refreshing to not have to get in an argument with management to allow them to permit my dogs to stay with me without any added fees for example I also stayed at the Sheraton hotel at the Miami airport. They were trying to charge me $150 per pet per night and they said well if you can produce a certificate proving their service dogs we won’t charge that and then they wouldn’t buy it. They were not allowed to do that so I ended up having a couple anyway I digress.)

- a very short walk of rock away from the center of Brickell, which is my favorite part of Miami. It’s a bustling downtown with the financial district there’s tons of shopping. Brickson center is amazing.
