Eine einfache, aber zweckmäßige und saubere Unterkunft. Für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Zentrum, Chiang Mai Gate, in 10 Minuten zu fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Nachts kein Lärm.

TV hat nicht funktioniert. Keine ständig besetzte Rezeption.

The hotel is on a very quiet residential street just outside the centre of Chiang Mai. A 5 minute walk will take you to a busier road that has an American cafe for breakfast, a self-service laundrette, a 7-11 store, and several Thai restaurants. It's a very small hotel with around 10 rooms. A couple of residents i talked to say they liked the hotel so much they live there all the time. It has parking at the front for about 8 motorcycles or scooters and about 3 cars. The rooms are cleaned daily and are in good condition.. He beds are big and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet and tranquil located in a pleasant residential area.

There's only a part-time staff service. A receptionist makes a brief appearance about 14.00 for half an hour for check-in or check-out and disappears for the rest of the day. There are a couple of help phone numbers listed on a sign in reception, but when I rang one of the numbers, they didn't speak English. There were not many facilities in the room: a fridge, a kettle, a small table and a chair, no draws or cupboards. The bathroom included a shower and was clean and tidy. A sigh outside says they provide breakfast, but they didn't when I was there. It looked like the restaurant had been damaged by a recent flood and was not in use when I was there. However, it's only a 5-minute walk to the American cafe.

although the neighborhood is quiet, the room facing behind is too close to the neighbor's balcony. 2 nights of my stay the neighbor were playing loud music in mid night, until I went out awkwardly to ask them to stop
