It was easy to access everything especially the television I could watch some of my favorite shows but what took it for me was the customer service given. Top tierrrr

Location and shuttle service were great. Early flight out. Didn’t have time for breakfast.
Loud drilling sound going off and unusual odor. As maintenance arrived sound stopped. Was moved to an alternative room problem was solved.

The property was in a good location. The staff were friendly. The lobby was put together well. Once it got to the elevator and going to the room its were it got bad. The elevator was old and you could tell it needed repairs. The hotel really needs some work when it comes to room repairs. The doors were white but they were stained with dirt. There was mold in the showers. The pool was closed. It was 96 degrees the whole weekend and we could not use it. Breakfast was alright. Very small.
The cleanliness of the room. Shower had mold. The walls and doors were dirty. They couldn’t come in and clean. They don’t replace your towels everyday.
