I enjoyed the quietness and pleasant staff.
My only issue was I didn’t have a refrigerator in my room and my dinner from the night before went bad.

Except for checkin, no problems. The free ride back to the airport was on time.
They didn't have my reservation when I got there. I'm sure that's Booking.com's fault, but on the other hand, I had to pay like I was checking in from scratch. I typically book when I get off a plane and I believe I got there about an hour after I did the booking. This has happened a couple of times before, but other places didn't make me pay. I think those other places considered it routine. I think we had to take a taxi because we were there late at night, so that wasn't free.

We always stay at this hotel when we cruise out of Baltimore. It is right next to Chili’s which is convenient. Usually our stay is good
Normally we have no issues but this stay was way below our expectations. The front door was broken and stuck open. This made the area for breakfast freezing in the morning. Also there was no waffle maker and the toaster had one out of four slots that worked. Very much below the usual standards. If this happens again we will rethink our stay and look into other hotels in the area.
