    I due to bad weather flight delays I booked a room at Aloft as I’ve stayed here before and their properties around the world. On my booking reservation notes I told them about the flight delays and I would arrive AFTER midnight. Upon my arrival at 01:40 the ride, unprofessional night manager told me I COULD NOT check in because he began his night audit early. He then told me I could check in if I paid him again for the same room that I had paid in full on AGODA. Sketchy, rude and unprofessional. I won’t ever stay at an Aloft property again!

    Paying for parking was the only thing that really bothered me. More so because we took two cars so I paid $30.00. Had I known that I could have selected another hotel with free parking and better amenities.

    when it was my check out time they gave me time to actually pack up. place very beautiful only thing I don't like is that you walk in it's the bathroom.
