    Maid service was supposed to be optional. I asked for maid service on Wednesday didn't get it. Asked for me service again on Thursday,still didn't get it. After I called the front desk to complain, the front desk called me back and said that they would be up "shortly". When the maid came, she kept asking me to leave the room as if I was some kind of a sex criminal. Then, she barely even changed the towels in the bathroom!!! She didn't vacuum the floor or make the bed!! I was lucky she even took the trash out in the bathroom and didn't even give me a new bag to put back in the basket!!! I don't know why I even bothered!!! I would have much rather have my peace and take a nap in the room and not have anybody in there!!! I had a couple of items I needed to mail out I asked the clerk at the front desk if they could send them out for me he said that he couldn't I asked him if the mailman comes to the property you said the mailman only comes once every 3 months which is weird. Breakfast was good except there were no waffles on Tuesday and then they had no syrup on Wednesday. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Overall I would recommend, just don't expect your room to be cleaned

    The hotel is nice the staff is truly great but the facility is just OK as far as the amenities they advertise a laundry that hasn't worked for a few months the facility is great other wise and the staff is truly friendly and helpful .

    Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient. Rooms are always clean and overall a great stay.

    To start with called their phone to get airport transportation after multiple calls to that extension and being disconnected had to call multiple times the front desk and no response. Finally after 20-25 it was answered and was told their service ends at midnight. Took uber to get to the hotel front desk person was nice. There was a smell when you enter the hotel and the room more like smoking smell. Breakfast was ok . Stayed 3 night and no room service to clean up or freshen up the room was done
