By far the worst Extended Stay America Suites I have been so far. In spite of advertising "fully equipped kitchens" they do charge 40$ extra for a cookware set and 20$ extra for a dinnerware set. Housekeeping is once per two weeks, and if you want to change your linen or towels in the meantime, you also pay extra. I was provided with two sets of towels, one big and one very small , no midsize (hand) towels, which are pretty standard elsewhere. Room entrances here are from external corridors, which can be understood from the photos, but not specifically mentioned - this layout means more noise and less privacy. Better chose ESA suites at Aero dr. - they are next door, provides free kitchen items, free linen / towel change and room entrances from inside the building and 24 hour reception (here reception closes at 10 p.m.). The prices are usually similar.
