TV in my room needs to be raised higher , mounted on the wall and higher than the bed frame.

Beautiful old historic building in great location in historic Boerne.

I booked a standard triple room for just me and glad no one was with me. The room would have been way too cramped for 3 people. It is in an old schoolroom on the grounds outside of the main hotel. I always want to have a window and thought I did because it said it had garden views but those were from the front porch. There were no windows in the room. I spent two nights in this room but was unable to leave after 2 days because of major storms and flooding that blocked roads and freeways. I asked them to move me to a second floor room because I was afraid of flooding since the Cibolo Creek is right next to the hotel and was flooding. They moved me to a beautiful room for two extra days while I waited out the historic flooding but I also paid more than double for that room.

Very quaint, with adorable cottage type buildings. Walk ways and gardens were beautiful. Also very easy access to your vehicle, and free parking.

The rooms were very dimly lit. Our thermostat had a black screen, so I was unable to see what temp it was on. The door to the room had a huge crack between the top of the door and the casement. The tv would not turn on and after ten pm no one man’s the desk to call and tell them. But the real kicker is the amount of roaches on the porch. I was sitting with a friend on front porch catching up and we counted 7 roaches running around. And just to add there is not a mini fridge in the room. So forget left overs or any drinks you wanted.
