This beautiful newly built second story Guest House is just a 35 minute walk from The Hill Country Mile. A walkable stretch of locally-owned boutiques, antique shops, restaurants and galleries set in the heart of downtown Boerne, Texas. Enjoy the local shopping, fine dining, breweries, coffee shops, market days, events, a stroll along the river or just stay in and relax while you enjoy our private covered porch overlocking our beautiful quiet neighborhood with lots of majestic oak trees.
This hill country/modern style 2 bedroom, 2 bath house includes a breezy covered porch, fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar, complementary snacks and drinks, pantry, dining room, TV’s with Netflix, Wi-Fi and full size washer and dryer, making it the perfect option for a longer stay, business travel or a romantic getaway! Master Bedroom with new King size bed.
Guest access:
-Guests have access to the entire Guest House with private Covered Porch.
-Guests will be given a code for the front door before arrival.
-Two parking spots are provided at the far right in front of the garage
-Please no parking in the shared driveway anytime
-Guests must provide number of vehicles along with make, model & license
plate of the vehicles.

WONDERFUL place! Clean, comfortable, and well-stocked! We visit Boerne often, and hope to stay here again! Peaceful...except for the neighbor's dog barking occasionally.

Lester was a superb host. The property was beautiful, quiet, and very conveniently located to town, restaurants - everything we needed. The neighborhood was perfect for our daily walks. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, filled with natural light, and felt like an open-floor retreat. With a ten-day stay, we cooked daily and truly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this booking.

The host, Lester, was wonderful-very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Washer/dryer available although we did not use them. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a couple of caves to tour. Also near enough to drive to other towns within 30 minutes. Would definitely rent this place again. Highly recommend!
