Sable and Kaleigh were excellent hosts. They stored our Luggage when we arrived and at checkout when I flight was changed. Friendly, very involved with their guest. Communication excellent!

The Sanctuary NYC Retreats were just that: a sanctuary from the noisy city. A beautiful, quiet space to retreat to after a busy day. We loved having our own little studio apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a full sized fridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable, we slept great! My daughter & I had room to breathe and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other all week. The water pressure was good in the shower and we never ran out of hot water. The little patio was nice. Seriously, one of the quietest places I have ever stayed. Less than 10 minute walk to the subway, restaurants, Trader Joe’s and Target, Essex Market, and the Tenement Museum. The manager was great to answer our questions. Highly recommend!

Nice and comfortable and clean. comfortable bed. good cooking facilities etc. We were able to check in early for no additional charge, which was much appreciated. Kayleigh was very helpful at all times. They also provided some packets of very good coffee, which was a nice surprise.
Only one comfy chair. Maybe a bit more cutlery (only three of each).
