Great location, minutes from family in LES. Roomy, with full kitchen a patio.

A calm, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere, love the vibe of the retreat. Very comfy beds. Friendly staff. Very clean room! We really enjoyed out stay here and will definitely com back in the future!

The property surpassed expectations. Starting with the host, Kayleigh provided that friendly, hospitable welcome with a lovely smile - a great ambassador for the company, thanks for making us feel at home :-) The facilities surpassed expectations. They genuinely provide everything necessary to give you every opportunity of living comfortably within your room. An enormous oven, fridge and the largest microwave oven in the world + toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine provide the backdrop, but this is supplemented by a wide number of instruments to cook pasta, plus 2x large filter coffee sachets, and a number of herbal and black tea. The veranda provides a very welcome expansion to the room, allowing for comfortable evenings and breakfasts Shower is excellent with a strong flow. There were 8 hangers in the wardrobe, which is sufficient for most needs. The property is well supplemented by J and Z subway lines JFK Airport - very easy, and D, F, and M to serve visits around Manhattan and Brooklyn The surrounding neighbourhood has a high number of restaurants, bars, takeaways, and shops. Last but definitely not least was the standard of cleanliness in the property - take a bow!

I genuinely couldn’t score the property down in any way. Without intending to sound disrespectful, the surrounding area does suffer from higher levels of poverty. On the whole, most people were very pleasant and friendly, as you come to expect in New York; however, it fair to point out we did experience harassment on two occasions, which made us question which street to walk through when dark.

This was the most perfect ideal apt. We came from UK for a week and the apt was very clean and the perfect location. Comfy bed and necessities provided.
