    Stayed here the other night, woke up to no water!! Clearly they had an issue, multiple plumbing trucks there. Stood at the front counter & waited for staff, nobody was around. Called Agoda for help, & they’re useless!! Agoda called the property, couldn’t reach anyone & no staff has called Agoda back to resolve the issue. So Agoda tells me they won’t refund me without confirming with the property!! So BEWARE!! I’ve had issues with this property in the past, but have always overlooked them because of its location for me & my business. Moving forward will be taking my business elsewhere!!

    This is about our fifth stay at this hotel because it is so convenient to the PA Ren Faire grounds. Check-in was terrific, and Marvin made us feel like we were visiting family. It's lovely to enter a hotel and be greeted so welcomingly. Then, when we left, I realized I might have left something behind. I called the front desk to inquire. I'm sorry, I don't know who answered the phone, but he put me on hold and immediately ran to the room to get it. He brought it to the front desk for safekeeping until we returned 15 minutes later. The service was excellent. We will continue to stay at Lancaster Inn and Suites as long as they provide this level of caring.
