This place is very new and very nice.

I texted that I was going to be a late arrival……48 hrs in advanced text. Hotel had no attendant???? A 2 month old Hotel. The attendant arrived 30 minutes after being called. He arrived and I was second in line……… I went to get a cup of coffee no cups to be seen. I was told my reservation was not paid. I paid for it on PayPal through Agoda and He couldn’t find it. He insisted that I give him another credit card…,.Aftet three declines, He called manager and he gave me are opt for 127.00 dollars for one night???? The room had no toilet paper and enough amenity’s for 1 person, yet I texted them two…., not enough towels????? The room was beautiful, but the Worst Mattress, I’ve slept in 10+ Years. Later that night as we we’re going to Sleep, outside our window I hear commotion and three men smoking Weed on the side walk and by cars outside my window with other women standing there watching. What kind of an example are we giving out kids???? 2 month old Hotel??? Very dissapointed and want a 50% refund!!! I work for a *** and I grew up in Lancaster, Pa. I don’t remember this type of behavior growing up??? Totally Un acccptable. The Manager on Sunday Morning thought I was making the story up…….. look at the camera feed on Friday night 26th of June.

We arrived and checked in, the room was never cleaned. Beds were unmade and towels were all over the floor. We told the front desk. They asked us to give them an hour to clean it. (We arrived around 5:00 well after check in). We repacked our car & went to dinner before returning. We came back a few hrs later and the front desk was completely closed. Our room appeared slightly cleaner. One of the beds looked as if they just “made” it & not changed the sheets. They did put new towels in the bathroom. There weren’t any soaps or things in the bathrooms. They do not have tissues either. Just very basic. The building is new, but rooms were very small and beds were very uncomfortable.
