clean rooms, comfortable beds , great view of the times square through our room window. bathroom had all necessary amenities and toiletteries.
firstly a/ c in the room was terrible, we were assigned a room initially in which air-conditioning was working fine but the next day it stopped working and they were not able to fix it.
room lacks microwave and room refrigerator.
No water dispenser.
2 elevators are functional only out of 4.
same grab and go breakfast options everyday, no variations.
