Quiet, clean and friendly staff
Having to pay an extra $100 at the hotel for a damage fee after booking on line. Supposed if I didn’t have it I would have loss my fees paid. Everything should have been included upfront

It was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The location was very convenient to the airport, which made travel easy. The kitchenette was a nice bonus.
Nothing major — it’s a basic stay, but perfectly fine for one night near the airport.

Convenient location to the airport
Reasonably priced
Desk clerk needs training but remained courteous throughout changes accommodated on my arrival
Front desk clerk at check-in announced my room number aloud - I asked and he assigned a different room. Room assigned smelled strongly of fish. Changed again. Check-in process was poor.
Message in advance to the hotel about airport shuttle was never answered
