My greatest concern during my stay was the property management’s failure to ensure that accessible parking spaces remained available for guests with disabilities. Both my elderly mother and I have disabilities and require accessible parking. I brought this issue to the management’s attention on several occasions, yet no meaningful action was taken. As a result, my mother and I repeatedly had to park farther away and walk a considerable distance because vehicles without proper authorization were occupying the accessible spaces. This was particularly common among some of the younger men staying at the hotel for construction work. Allowing this situation to continue was inconsiderate and placed an unnecessary physical burden on guests with mobility limitations. This reflects poorly on the hotel, the property, and its management, especially because this is not the first time I have experienced this problem. I have stayed at this hotel four times because its location is essential for my work, but the ongoing lack of attention to accessible parking is deeply disappointing. Management should take immediate and consistent steps to monitor these spaces and ensure they remain available to guests who genuinely need them.
