First rate all the way. Breakfast was good. price was good as compared to others. Clean facility, fitness room was very good. quality personnel at desk.

Breakfast had a good variety. Rates about the same as most good hotels that include breakfast.

We thought being the remote location Madill is located in, that the pricing was a little on the high side.

Not what we expected.

The price was good and the location was convenient.

The girl at the front t desk was rude and to worried about texting someone to help with checking in. She didn’t put her phone down the entire time and was anything but friendly. The room was clean but the carpet had large pieces missing and the toilet was crooked and the seat was broken. We make many trips a year to this are to fish but won’t stay here again.

Fantastic! The staff was very friendly

The beds were super comfortable and everything was well within reach. Very nice and clean.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like about it. Everything was spot on. There was even free cookies when we got there! It was so very delicious and fresh.

came for a grandson’s college graduation… had never been in the area… very pretty countryside

a few other guests were a little rowdy & loud until about 1:20 AM…. not the hotel’s fault…… but I was in the verge of calling the front desk, when they finally quieted down!! I had requested to not be in a busy area, but was the first room off the elevator…

absolute best staff. Shelly was very accommodating and super friendly at all times. hot breakfast served with real eggs. all facilities were clean. the equipment in the gym all worked and a good variety as well.

Couldn't get the thermostat to regulate the heat. Had to use AC which was a challenge. Neither one kept a consistent temp.

Friendly staff. They fulfilled our request for the location of our room. The coffee stations were well appointed and the coffee was delicious. The breakfast was also good with a adequate amount of foods and beverages to choose from.

The temperature control of the heat and air unit wasn't consistent. The room temperature would go from being too hot to being too cold..
