It was a comfortable bed.
Just the staff, specifically how they handle the shuttle. I had to wait 40 mins even though the hotel is a 7-8 min drive. I was told different things when I called twice about an update.

Well personal at front desk was rude and we had an ID with Jorge English name George the front office didn’t want to let us check in because of that.
Carpet smells old and was dirty in the halls
