The staff is very helpful and friendly, the room was cracked in the ceilings and floors and the shower was in bad condition spraying water in all bathroom

I had a great experience. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have been very happy with location, price, breakfast and the price is very reasonable.

The property has a neglected feel to it. They attempted some updates but took shortcuts that give the property a dated feel. For example, the tub was removed and a stand up shower was installed, but the tub faucet was left sticking out of the wall. The sliding shower door is not adjusted correctly so the handle on the door is falling off. There was a fairly large rip in the sofa in our room.
There was only one elevator for the area of the hotel we were staying in; it was incredibly slow and inefficient.
The free breakfast was good, but there was not nearly enough seating at peak times.
