It was clean, quiet and the staff Ms. Victoria and Ms. Judy went above and beyond to assist me when Agoda messed up my booking . I was traveling for work. I hook my room early morning around 6am and when I arrived at the hotel at 8 Agoda still hadn’t sent over payment but the money was taking off my card . This was a major inconvenience. I was not happy with Agoda but I’m very happy with Extended stay and there professional customers relations skills . Thanks Ladies

It wasn't The best place to stay but Ms. Judy did make our experience exceptional and her best to accommodate are needs there is no pool. And we were really wanting to stay where there was a pool. Ms. Judy explained the mishaps with the 3rd party and apologized and I appreciate that so we stay. She let us know about other adventures near by. You have to ignore the manager she does not have good bedside manners it’s about a pay check for her.
