The room we got wasn’t the room I paid for. They said it was booking.com problem. Said the room had 3 beds & didn’t. Hotel has asked booking.com to change it but they haven’t.

Room was clean. Great water pressure from shower. Coffee was good and hot.

Thermostat on heater was defective and made room too hot. Once we shut it off, all was well.

A+ the Best of the BEST

Cherry and her husband Shakey prepare the best breakfast for sure. A very clean eating area and we were asked and we heard others asked if food was ok and if we needed anything let them know. Also the nicest and caring clerks at the service desk. This was my wife and I first stay with Quality Inn and pray it want be our last. All the staff we met were A+ thanks to "God" for showing us this nice place.

Convenient

Elevator did not work. Had no idea when it would be repaired and appeared to have been out for a while. Senior citizen and handicapped and had to carry luggage and climb the stairs! No help was offered and no reduced rate.

The stay was ok.

I love that they have an indoor pool and Jacuzzi that can also feel like outside when opened up. The bed is super comfy with super soft pillows. The staff were all very nice and helpful. They all seemed to be happy in general at breakfast. The location is really good. Breakfast was good with plenty of gluten free options.

The AC in our room had a bad smell like dirty socks or bad fruit. The filters were both caked with dust but I cleaned it thinking that would help with the smell. It didn't help we just lit candles and made the best of it. Other than that it was pretty clean in the room. The Jucuzzi needs to be cleaned around the outside edge of the water. I know that's a hard area to keep clean. We were in room 237. The elevator was down which made it hard for us. Not enough parking.

Musty smell was unpleasant so I wouldn’t consider staying again.

Pleasant staff. Comfortable bed plenty of comfortable pillows. Generally clean room.

Our room had an extremely strong musty odor and it made for an uncomfortable stay. The front desk attendant said it was due to a recent carpet cleaning; however the plywood veneer room furniture showed signs of edge delamination and blistering, indicating comfort longer term exposure to high humidity.

We arrived checked an went to our room an it had a very strong mold smell. The office man showed us another room in the first floor an it smelt like mold as well. He showed us a 3rd room in the 2nd floor an it was very clean no strong smell. But it was there.

The elevator was broken. Ice machine on the 2nd floor broken. Bathroom needed to be swept and mopped. Pool area needs attention. Light and ventilation.

With a little effort and friendlier staff, the place could be much better.

I liked that the room seemed clean as well as the hotel itself.

The room has a pungent scent of mold/mildew. The pool roof leaked in a few places when it rained, the pool lights didn't work, and only one light was on for the entire pool area after dark. Vending machine didn't work on 2nd floor as well as the ice machine. Elevator didn't work either.

Great stay for value.

This is my 2nd stay here, while there is "private" hotel I prefer, the cost was almost $100. more a night, so this is my next option because all I do is sleep/shower at hotel. Breakfast was the normal "free" breakfast, filled belly. SUPER happy the desk is staffed 24/7(checked in LATE). Room was very clean, AC worked great, bed was a little hard for my liking. My room was 1st floor, thank goodness because the elevator was broken. There also seemed to be a fire/smoke detector that seemed to go off every minute, wasn't horrible, but could be heard. Was unsure how often housekeeping came through. 1st day got new towels, but bed wasn't made, 2nd day, new towels and bed was made.

Maggie Valley getaway

The Location was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool and hot tub were great.

My wife is disabled. We also had my sister in law that is also disabled. The elevator was not working. There was no more rooms on the first floor. We made it work. But very inconvenient. We had to fabreeze the room it smelled very musty.

It was in a good location.

We did not feel secure. The entrance on the left front of the building was never locked. That same door had cigarette butts on the ground as you entered the building, inside and out. We felt like that door should have only been accessible with a guest key. Also the breakfast was not good in that the food was overcooked. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We actually left a day early.

This was a pleasent trip.

The room was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The staff was helpful even during a busy time with a local event going on.

Housekeeping was excellent. Did not expect cleaning until after I left. Pleasantly surprised that the room had been cleaned and bed made when I returned. The entire facility was clean and comfortable.

The elevator was out of order and apparently had been out for some time. Since I use a cane, I did not like having to carry my stuff up and down the stairs.
