The creek, the location of the hotel, the price, the space, cleanliness. Very friendly staff, concerned if you enjoy your stay the whole time, actually had a real key and not a key card and we really enjoyed that.
The coffee machine was a little dirty and the beds were a little hard for my taste personally. Could be more variety for the breakfast maybe a waffle maker or a panini press.

The room was HUGE! It was nice to have a microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and a separate bathroom heater. The common kitchen area where breakfast was served, was nice, but underused. There should've been a hot breakfast, rather than a continental breakfast. Maybe they have that during season. We visited in off-season.
The bed was too high and had an inner spring mattress. Those bed springs were a bit uncomfortable.

Location was perfect! After our room was cleaned and prior to our check-in, someone smoked outside the running HVAC system, and the room was affected. It wouldn't have been an issue, but we had our 10-month-old with us. The owners immediately provided us with another room and apologized for the issue.
The only thing that could have been better was the lighting. The rooms utilize lamps and not switched lights which I prefer. So really a non-issue just my preference.

Room was clean. Beautiful view off the back balcony.
I knew the room was smoking, but I wanted the balcony. Did not expect the extent of the smoke. Went and bought two air fresheners. Turned off the air and had doors open. Could barely sleep the first night. Woke up with a sore throat. Three days and two hotels later, my clean clothes still smell like smoke. A little expensive and the breakfast is not worth mentioning.
