Exceeded our expectations. Perfect little Christmas season getaway!

When we pulled up we were worried our family wouldnt fit in the rental. When we went inside it was spacious and super clean. We absolutly loved the decorated Christmas tree inside. So much nicer and more private than a hotel room. Our kids also loved seeing the horses in the field behind the rental.

We loved everything. Didnt dislike anything, but would recommend a small heater in the bathroom and would have loved a little fireplace looking heater under the tv (we watched Christmas movies there).

We can get away.

I like that the area was clean I also like that.You just got a passcode to get into your room.You don't have to go through the lobby and deal with nobody

I did not like that.There was an addresser or desk or anything like that.There was nowhere to put your clothes for an extended.Stay there was a closet with a couple of hangers, but that was it

The Inn was conveniently located to shopping and dining. The property owners/managers were very accommodating and quick to respond to our requests. The property was clean and modernized.

The stairs going up to the room entrances are a little too high for older folks with knee problems so rails on one or both sides of the stairs would be very helpful.

Visiting from FL

This was a last minute booking. We were pleasantly surprised. Cottage 15 was very cozy and comfortable. Nice separate bedroom and big living room/kitchen area . Nice bathroom with a big walk-in shower. Nice creek running along the back. We saw turkeys and horses and a family of groundhogs.

The only thing that needs improvement is the water pressure in the shower. Maybe a different showerhead.

One night stay in a well accommodate it unit

This property has a model look more like staying in a two bedroom apartment. The bathrooms were small, but they are clean and upgraded. The kitchen has a full size gas range, nice fridge, but there was food left in the cabinets.

It needs to be some minor cocking in the unit that I had like in the closet and around the front door

Bed was hard, just check about the location/address before arriving. There are two locations and the photos are a little misleading. We were under the impression we were staying at the apartments next to the creek. Was the reason we chose the place and ended up being at the cabins down the road. Wouldn’t want to pay any more though.

peaceful home away from home

Loved the space it gave us for our family of 5. We were able to save money and cook in the well stocked kitchen. 2 bathrooms were great too!! We really enjoyed our stay. it was peaceful.

all in all i don’t want to complain bc it was a great place to stay with our kiddos for a week. if anything, wish they had a pool.

Quaint, comfortable, updated

The cottage was recently renovated. There was plenty of room to move around. It was very clean. There was a full size refrigerator, a two eye stove top, microwave, pans, plates, curtis and spoons. It was well air conditioned. The bed was comfortable. Also a small porch to sit outside.

Ants. There was ant spray in the cabinet and we also bought ant Traps to help with the issue.

The perfect vacation rental.

The townhouse we stayed in was absolutely perfect. It is clean, the beds were comfortable and it is in a good, quiet location. The outside deck was perfect for drinking our morning coffee and watching/listening to the running creek right out back. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to Maggy Valley!

Upscale renovation of older motel

A traditional motel that has been newly renovated. Everything was well renovated. Lovely bathroom, great shower, plush towels, comfy bed, easy entry with digital lock. Everything was great

Location is right on 19 in Maggie Valley, which is convenient, but has a lot of traffic noise. But the room was quiet so it didn't really bother us
