I wouldn't want to pay so much and stay at this place

The room was nice and looked clean but once we walked it we realized it all sandy all over the place

The ceiling was way too thin..almost felt like it was going to fall when the people above us walked..and they ran so it was super moud and noisy..until late and from early morning

The room was great.. very comfortable! Great view.. couldn’t get any closer to the beach! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Was skeptical of the “grab and go” breakfast, but there were so many great choices! Was plenty for us! Would definitely stay again and recommend it!! Location was great, and very easy to find!!

My only complaint was the people above us one night were a bit heavy footed!!

Quick trip for a family birthday, and will definitely be back again! Nicely remodeled.

The size of the room was more than I expected. It had a sitting area, kitchen prep area, comfortable beds, view was great. I liked the walk in shower, and the ease of parking.

If the windows had opened up more, and if the kitchen had been stocked with some sort of serving dish, cookware for microwave. Top floor water pressure could have been better. Would have made the fancy fixtures that much nicer!

Only thing that would make the stay better would be more comfortable chairs or a sofa to sit on. There is a bed and two dining chairs with a giant window to sit in front of to watch the amazingness that is the ocean view.

Incredible value, place and location!

The location of all rooms is a full on sea view! Can't go wrong! The main room has a king sized bed and looks out over the sea and there is a small kitchen area as well as a separate bedroom that worked out perfectly. My friend went with me and she likes to sleep in a really cold environment and I like it warmer so having split heating in the rooms and even in the bathroom was fantastic! The shower had great water pressure, the place was clean and it was quiet! The grab and go breakfast was stocked with all kinds of goodies, coffee etc. Super friendly staff, very informative, courteous and professional.

The only thing I would mention is that the cleaner used to clean the unit is an incredibly overpowering when first opening the unit. We opened the windows and let the sea air in to air out the place. That is all! It should be something that is easily corrected. The rest was wonderful!

The perfect place to stay for our annual beach vacation!

We have stayed at the West Beach Suites for years and always love the experience. You cannot beat the ocean views, easy beach access, comfortable rooms, kind & responsive staff, and convenient location. I also appreciate the nightly text msg. to let us know the office was closing if we needed anything for the evening. Also, it was a nice surprise to see that a small continental breakfast is now being offered! That saved our family quite a bit of money throughout the week. What I really want to mention is that we had a problem with our car the day before we were due to leave, and since it was Friday afternoon we couldn’t find a mechanic willing look at it. As we were standing outside our room with the hood up talking about what to do, one of the gentleman who was working at the hotel stopped and offered his knowledge of cars & helped us Google more info. Then, as we were discussing it, one of the neighbors jogging by saw the hood up and stopped to say he lived next door to the hotel & offered his tools & to give us a ride to parts store if needed. It turned out not to be as big an issue as we first thought, but just having two complete strangers stop and offer help was a comfort and kindness we didn’t expect. I HIGHLY recommend West Beach Suites, and myself & my family will continue our yearly tradition of staying at this wonderful hotel!!

The only thing I will say is that with the vinyl plank flooring the rooms can be a bit noisy at night & in the morning from people walking around, dropping things, kids playing etc. area rugs might cut down on that noise. Also, parking is not great. There always seem to be a couple parking sports short and we’ve had to park quite a ways down the street several times.

Loved being right on the beach. Staff was great! Housekeeper even came to our room to see if we needed anything. We were out of a certain kind of coffee that they provided, and that my husband really liked, and she brought us some more! Really enjoyed our time there!

My new go-to in Lincoln City

From the moment we checked in, everything was wonderful. The front desk staff was great. The fan was broken in our room. The front desk clerk (wish I knew her name as she was amazing) called management and was knocking on our door within a half hour with a working fan. The view from our room was beautiful. Everything from check-in until we checked out was fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again.

The only thing I could give a negative on is the pillows, and that's because of my personal preference. The pillows are very soft. I prefer a harder pillow.

The lack of cleanliness and incomplete bedding turnover was troubling and unfortunate.

Great location and cool, friendly staff. The bathroom and shower were fantastic. The view from the room was spectacular. Quiet location, off the beaten path with a good beach.

Three stories with no elevator. Carpet on stairs up to the 3rd floor seemed worn and dirty. I also had a few observations that led me to believe the room had not been properly cleaned. floor was covered with sand, a bit of grass and dust. I walked barefoot on the pergola floors and was surprised how dirty it was. Glad I brought sandals to walk on the room floor. I actually swept the floors with the left behind broom. Then when I pulled covers back on the queen living room bed, I felt sand in the BED TOO! The pillows appeared fluffed but also appeared to be questionable as to whether the pillow cases had been changed. The queen bed in the bedroom also had sand and seemed not completely turned over for a new guest.

The location and views were wonderful. The property was recently remodeled with thoughtful attention to details. Our room was well appointed and exceptionally clean.

Extra blankets were not available when needed (discovered when it grew cold in the middle of the night), and the screen door needed to be replaced as it was rusted and difficult to open/close.

There was no air conditioning and the room gets hot from the afternoon sun. Also, the bed mattress in the main room was a bit too soft and floppy.

Loved the huge spacious rooms. We booked 2 rooms. Could've fit 10 in 2 rooms for the spaces. The fenced deck in the ground floors are excellent for pets and small children's attention while keeping them locked safely.

The steps are certainly not mobility friendly. The rooms are ADA friendly, BUT only have 6 rooms ground level,,,,and NO access to the beach, in any way for chair, or handicap non mobile

Walls between units carry very bump, bang and slam from the unit next door. While in bed to sleep, lots of slamming and bumping from next door. It was difficult for my handicapped husband to climb the stairs….no elevator. Great location for the beach.

Excellent experience at Beach Suites!

The panoramic view of the ocean from our room was spectacular! The room was extremely clean. We were a party of three so loved having a separate, private bedroom in addition to the bed in the common area. Loved the kitchenette and the spacious arrangement of furniture, cabinetry, etc. Appreciated the bench at the foot of the bed to put our suitcase on! Also, insulation is obviously excellent...it's very quiet in the room. We had a very satisfying experience at West Beach Suites!

There was a *very* thin layer of sand on the floor so couldn't go barefoot. It's a challenge to avoid that at the beach, we know. Almost hesitate to even mention it. Surprised tho since we were on third floor. Also lack of an elevator for those of us who are mobility-challenged is a problem. Needs lighting (floor or hanging lamp) over table. Plus one or two more chairs.

The view was stunning, and the access to the beach was easy for us - only about 1.5 flights of stairs. The office workers were always helpful. There is a microwave and a small fridge. The kitchenette would be improved with a few more kitchen items (bowl, colander, etc.). A toaster would be helpful as well.
