Fantastic location! The views are incredible from the house and it was a very comfortable layout. We even enjoyed seeing dolphins in the distance from the top balcony. Every morning they delivered a basket or pastries and coffee..very nice touch. beds were super comfy and they even provided a rollaway bed. It is in the best location and walkable to everything in town.
The only issues we had were the sofa/sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Half of the The pull out bed was completely collapsed so not very ideal for sleeping or sitting but we just dealt with it The dining table cushions were also collapsed making it uncomforable tryig to have. a meal together. This was our specifc house..not sure this is an issue at all of the houses. I would really recommend they update/replace the sofa/sofa bed and dining chairs.

coffee not so good, cakes not healthy, appreciated the paper.
kitchen had no baking or microwave dishes. no wine glasses.

The perfect spot. 1 block from the beach and 1 block to town. Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a deck and even a parking spot right in front. Very private . Every morning staff member left a pot of coffee and various cakes and donuts and the days newspaper.
The second bathroom off the living room is pretty tight

Die Location des "captain Quarters" ist einzigartig - mitten im Zentrum von Montauk. Das hatte einen grossen Wohn- und Küchenbereich und davon abgehend drei Schlafzimmer incl. 2 Bäder. Besonders hat uns die Terrasse gefallen, ebenso eine direkte Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Wir bekamen jeden Morgen einen kleinen Korb mit Kaffee, einigen Süßgebäckstücken und der Morgenzeitung. Perfekt.
