While in the area working and not content to spend a fortune, I Gave the cleverly located and quite secure (small inconspicuous property entries with retaining wall around). The man at the front desk when I came in was very nice and had people skills. Very pleasant change from the unwelcome that I had been getting at some other properties. The building is in good shape for its age. Back when they built this, they made them solid! The only thing that was a repeated bummer, was weal wifi signal that I only get in the bathroom.
Over my 23 years in hotel management, "safe" "friendly" "clean" will take the place a very long way.

Convenient location. All staff was very friendly and helpfull.
Wife found something a little extra in her room that was turned into the office right away.
