While in the area working and not content to spend a fortune, I Gave the cleverly located and quite secure (small inconspicuous property entries with retaining wall around). The man at the front desk when I came in was very nice and had people skills. Very pleasant change from the unwelcome that I had been getting at some other properties. The building is in good shape for its age. Back when they built this, they made them solid! The only thing that was a repeated bummer, was weal wifi signal that I only get in the bathroom. Over my 23 years in hotel management, "safe" "friendly" "clean" will take the place a very long way. Try it out folks !

Wife found something a little extra in her room that was turned into the office right away.

A budget accommodation with many compromises.

The pool was excellent. Close to NASA. Some coffee was provided.

The apartment and linen were dirty. Cockroaches on the site. Molds in the refrigerator. I was not brave enough to open the microwave. The coffee maker has not been used for ages. Its appearance matched its frequency of use.

The employees were nice

They didn’t have enough towels for everyone in room and wasn’t able to request any more. So I had to go out and buy my own towels. There was also only one roll of toilet paper to last three days with four people. Had to use wet wipes. Also the room was dirty, the floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile and were stained. The keys didn’t work had to stand outside and continuously try to get the door to open. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. The toilet had old urine in the back. The tub was not cleaned had dirt and urine

The staff was nice and had good laundry room

The room was nasty. I had to buy cleaning supplies and a sheet set to put on the bed. The walls bathroom door and bathroom itself had to be clean. The floor had not been vacuumed in along time. The bed had dirty sheets and a dirty towel under the sheet. Smelled like a wet dog

Internet never worked the credit card machine was down so we had to eat an atm fee on top of the price of room. The light in bathroom was out and the noise was a lot for me
