The rooms were clean and neat. There was ample parking and the location was great.
If there was a waffle maker, it would be great. We4 know that there are many long-term residents in the hotel that may use many of the amenities. Maybe there should be a rule they cannot eat in the breakfast area. 2 cereals and bread is not a breakfast.

The beds were comfy and room was clean. Saw 3 or 4 staff on checking in, asking questions, or checking out and all were helpful. Pretty basic breakfast-toast and cereal with coffee/tea. That's all that was expected so it was fine.
Didn't like smoke smell on entering the hotel but happy to report no smoke smell in our first floor room.
The bathroom sink faucet handle, nor the plug, did not work easily, but did work.
The fan/heater in room was noisy when turned on and air coming out had an odour so left it off which was okay for the temperature that night.

There was no breakfast items. There was bread, cereal, nothing else. coffee was old tasting.
the bathroom was not to clean. No tissues. the fridge was not clean, alarm clock did not work, the other bed looked the pillow cases were not changed
