Treadmill in fitness center not working properly Room lighting options were inadequate. When all the bath area lights were on there was too much spillage. And the peek a boo shower window in the bedroom was too revealing for a family. Ok for romantic couple. Actually had to turn off the shower stall light to make the view through the window less revealing

The location was good . It wasn’t too busy but there were places to eat . It seemed like a safe area

Nothing really . It was fine

as always, the location, good breakfast, clean room.

Staff was not as friendly and accommodating as the last 2 times we stayed. Shampoo bottle holder in the shower was broken off, bottle just sitting on the hand rail.

Location

Not as clean as it was last time we stayed there. Got to our room and a dirty bra was laying on the floor. Nasty. Made me wonder how clean the room really was. Husband brought it to the desk and the woman just smirked and tossed it in the trash. No apology. We had a pet friendly room. We’ve stayed there before with our small dog. It smelled like cleaner over pet urine. Yuck. Then my husband woke up covered in bites. Fleas? Bed bugs? We don’t know. But we won’t go back there again. The food bar was very good, but cold. Ditto for the coffee. Overall it was disappointing.
