The room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable.
The bathroom setup could have been better. The sink was in one area, but the towels in another. No place to hang your hand towel by the sink. It had to lay on wet counter. Shower was not thought out. Due to a glass door that opened in, when you turned on the shower to warm the water, the water sprayed all over including the floor when you closed the shower door.

Staff was friendly.
Bathroom! See through shower wall into bedroom area. This isn't acceptable, especially if you're traveling with friends, teenagers etc. Also shower door didn't fully close. Stain on sheets that we just covered with a towel because we were so tired after a long drive....
Bug, bugs, bugs flying around in lobby, breakfast area. Didn't enjoy breakfast because we had to keep swatting the knats away.
Window unit falling down.
We didn't want to make a fuss but needs to be fixed.
