The location and price were good.
bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hair in the tub

The woman that runs the place was nice and as accommodating as possible. She puts a lot of care into keeping the place up.
The hotel is not modern, and the location is in an area that is clearly on the decline, but that's not the Hotel's fault. It seems everything is now located closer to the I-10 and I-25 highway corridors. There were no food options anywhere close by.
