Natchez Grand Hotel On The River

Great location by the river

Reception staff eating a pizza while checking you in.

Very clean!! Perfect location for a beautiful Mississippi River Sunset

We were completely satisfied! No complaints

Hotel is beautiful, staff was great and it is in a great location

Location, beds were comfortable, parking.

Room we were given by the unfriendly receptionist wasn’t ready, pillow cases left on the beds, door propped open by chair, no clean towels left. Why do you allocate rooms before the clearly overstretched staff are finished?! Rooms are very tired, carpets and curtains grubby and long overdue refurbishment. Hall carpets are stained, dusty and clearly not hoovered very often, there were shells of some description outside our door. Overpowering smell of awful air freshener everywhere!
