The staff at the desk and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The room was fine. The floors could have been vacuumed better as there were crumbs or such under the table & around the edges of the room.

Comfortable room and clean. We like the location and the breakfast. There were a few issues, but we will stay here again. Bath water was only luke-warm. Only one of our two key cards worked. Went to the desk two or three times to get it fixed, but it never did work. Neither card worked at the side door. Only one of the two elevators works. Other than that it was a good stay for us.

Staff is great and place is clean. But for the price I paid it really needs some updating did too the rooms or the room I was in. My room was 250 the night I stayed. Room was cleaned but bathroom ceiling had stains from where it seems to be a water leak and was messed up a little in that spot. To be a up scale hotel of a casino. That’s just something you don’t suppose to see. Other than that everything was great. The view, customer service, breakfast and etc. But get them rooms updated Magnolia Bluff Casino Hotel!

This place was amazing very nice inside and out room was large and comfortable with everything you could need coffee maker, fridge,microwave, hair dryer etc but the complimentary breakfast was amazing. You don't find this quality breakfast buffet very often and I travel a lot. the breakfast staff was great the food amazing very good place to stay would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Natchez
