We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facility itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was absolutely amazing — comfortable, spacious, and made our stay so relaxing.
What truly stood out was the staff. Every single person we encountered was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. We can’t wait to come back!

The location was great. The walk to the beach was short and Florida Gulf Coast never disappoints. It appears to cater to An older clientele. It was quiet and calm.
The hot tub was out of order and the fire pits were self service. The bathroom also needed the tub updated.

The customer service was outstanding. Even though they couldn’t find our reservation, we were put in an available unit upon arrival.
The fact that computer issues caused our reservation to be inaccessible. As a result,I had to pack up my family and move to the correct room during the middle of my ‘relaxation’ trip. It was t two-night stay so my only full day was disrupted.
There was no offer of a good-will gesture due to the inconvenience.
