Our Tidewater Beach Resort #2518 sits directly on the beach and features all of the amenities you could ask for to go along with a perfect location close to many restaurants, night spots and attractions. Everything on your wish list! This nicely updated condo can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. Our condo on the 25th floor has beautiful new tile throughout the condo, a fully stocked kitchen with new counter tops, and a washer/dryer in the unit! Balcony overlooks pool with beautiful views of the gulf and Pier Park. Sleeping accommodations include King bed in master and queen sofa sleeper in living area, along with twin hallway bunks.
Tidewater Beach Resort is located 1/4 mile west of Pier Park and will be the first building you see when driving from the airport. Tidewater Features: 2 Huge Lagoon Style Pools with Tiki Bars - 2 Gulf Front Hot Tubs - Huge Gulf Front Work Out Facility - Sauna - Steam Room - On-Site Movie Theater - Large Conference Room (Great For Corporate Gatherings) - Indoor Heated Pool - On-site Coffee Shoppe - On-Site Game Room! -and much more!!! *Tidewater Beach Resort charges a $35 plus tax resort fee. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.

Perfectly located for our plans! Beware! During peak times the elevators are quite busy and you will wait a long time. They should maybe stagger check-in times.

Loved the property! Overall great place to stay. A couple of minor things.. one the dryer needs to be replaced. If u just remodeled then the dryer should of been replaced as the button is broken and it makes a loud screeching noise. I would advise to dry ur clothes when u aren’t there. The sink in the bathroom is very tiny like they didn’t cut the countertop wide enough.
Other than that the elevator issue is true you do have to wait however they do post signs of high times of longer waits. Poops and the beach were fantastic and it’s only a couple minute drive to the main strip and shopping. I would book again!

Room was nice. Waiting on elevators is a problem because of the size of the complex. To check in you park across the street in the garage then have to give the attendant your drivers license in order to get a luggage cart ( ridiculous). The pools are nice. The beach is nice except there’s an overflow coming from across the street that dumps into the gulf right next to resort beach area (rather unsightly). Overall decent stay for our first trip to Panama beach but there are definitely nicer beach areas along the gulf. That said we probably won’t be back.
