Maple Terrace

Friendly proprietor, grounds well-kept with ample room for multiple groups to spread out and nice setting in back with horse farm at fencing. Cute Halloween arch. Quiet setting. Clean room and ample towels. Able to adjust heat. Felt safe.

Larger shower; furniture needs some updating - clean but looks like thrifted or yard sale which is not a bad thing but definitely noticeable. Needed decaf coffee at breakfast and maybe an egg and/or meat option along with others offered especially if I had been staying for more than 1 night - for a week's stay, need protein at breakfast.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The room smelled good, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the location was convenient to attractions that we visited.

Friendly, inviting reception. Everything was immaculate. It was obvious that a lot of thought had gone into details- decorative tiles in the bathroom, complimentary cinnamon rolls and Hershey kisses in the room. It is a small motel, with maybe a dozen units, which we found delightful compared to a huge chain motel. The free breakfast was, again, well thought out and complete . My husband and I were there with another couple and we were all extremely happy with our see stay. We are already planning a return trip in the Spring!

My husband said the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent. My shower was fine

For a one night stay, the room was adequate. Nothing fancy, but the bed was comfortable, hot water was hot, the TV was big. Check in and out was easy.

I'm sensitive to smells, and the room did have an odor. Not terrible, but like it needed a deep cleaning or at least airing out. I was surprised that there was only a shower stall and it was quite small. Breakfast offerings were minimal and in a very small, cramped area.
